Torquay Terrace Bed & Breakfast

We loved this B&B, Jon was a great host, friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us including giving us a lift into town for our evening meal because it was raining. Our room looked out onto the garden at the back, the bed was extremely comfortable and the house and garden are absolutely beautiful and full of character. Breakfast was DIY with lots of choice and a chance to meet other guests. Wine and beer are in the fridge and available to buy at a reasonable price. Jon has put a lot of thought into the detail of this place and it makes for a very pleasant stay. We loved our brief stay at the Torquay and hope to return one day. Host very obliging & allowed early arrival. I had come 4,000klms to visit a very sick friend, so opportunity to freshen up before visiting was most welcome. Enjoyed my subsequent conversations with Jon on a wide range of subjects.

Jon was an excellent host. We arrived much later than planned and he stayed up to let us in. He checked in on us while we were there as well which was nice. It was great to have breakfast ready each morning.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had a beautiful room and loved the extra special touches like breakfast, all the information available, friendly greet etc. The whole property was clean, in a great location and excellent value for money. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

the Owner was amazing, breakfast was good and the rooms were cozy as the bed. it was clean and tidy. aircon working well - washing service for 7$. Slept really good - would defenetly stay again !
